If someone had told me that one day I would own a substantial piece of Cornish Heritage I would have never have believed it! But here I am today with a building that was first erected over 200 years ago, now Grade II* listed, with a fascinating history, ambience and architecture; a treasure for Cornwall.
The story of Rosewarne House is quite fascinating and the charm that it exudes can't help but make you stare and wonder.
From January 2013 a team of builders and specialists have been helping me to restore this impressive building and the beautiful grounds... all five acres of it!
My aim is to create a place where private residents will own with pride - a place where they can feel safe and in peace with the surroundings, enjoying open scenery and internal decor and quality finishings that reflect the period yet blend naturally with contemporary spaces.
Come and talk to us about Holman Park and you will understand how I felt when I first set eyes on the house and its surroundings.
At the end of 2016 we had the pleasure of staging Rosewarne House to 'set the scene for the next stage of development in 2017... Also, see the Cornwall Today Magazine Article published in the Spring of 2017.
As of summer 2017 the house is coming back to life!

but I love it so much, I dream about it!"
